Weigh-in Wednesday

Weigh in WednesdayWe all made New Year’s Resolution’s to lose weight, now is the time to be held accountable. From now until the bathing suit weather hits, I will be hosting a weigh-in Wednesday here on my blog. It will be a lot of fun and we can cheer each other on. Help each other and all that good stuff. In order to participate all you need to do is

leave a comment with the link to your Weigh-in Wednesday post. Not your blog home page, your actual weigh-in Wednesday post, that way I don’t have to go through and edit them.

In your post put your weight loss ticker, a little blurb about your weight loss week, whatever you feel. I would also appreciate it if you added my button into your post or on your side bar. I promise I will have a prettier one soon. You can get the button by coping the code below.  I hope to possibly have prizes, but that may come later as this is a new blog and I am doing my best for sponsors.

  1. Good for you! I’m looking forward to following your progress. And I’d never seen the weight loss ticker before. I just might have to pick that up for my own use! Thanks!

  2. I love the ticker it is so cute and they have a variety that you can choose from. Then you just log in there and put your new weight everytime you update and it will automatically change your tickers. So much easier then a chart or anything like that.

    i pretty much gave up when my fitness instructor told me i probably couldn’t lose more than 5 lbs.

  4. Wow that was harsh. Is it because you are thin already. Cause I assure you that I am not. I am well over 50 pds over weight. I just can not see that guy having many clients with an attitude like that. I mean even if that was the cause he could have found a more inspirational way of doing it. Like lets start with 5 pds as a goal and see how you feel about yourself.
